My favorite website is called Bilibili TV, which is a major Japanese anime website. I always look at the section called "Strongly Recommended" first. This section is also located at the top of the homepage right below the heading. I look at this section first not only because it is easy and convenient to locate, but also the designer of this website usually puts some short videos of summary of great animes, which have gained great remarks from many audience. By watching those videos, I get to know some animes which I did not know previously and get an idea about which animes I am going to watch in the following days. So I think putting "Strongly Recommended" at the top is a great arrangement of the website. Below "Strongly Recommended", the section is called "Newly Published", which includes mainly newly published animes in the month. This section is especially good for those people who have already finished older animes and are currently searching something new to watch. I really like its position because I am a new-animes-searcher as well, so I want to know newly published animes as quick as possible, hating to slide down or click on some links to get this section. Then below there are just different categories with videos displayed such as animation videos, music videos, and game videos. Those categories are also listed at the very top of the page---on the heading. If the information found at the top of the pag were suddenly swapped with the information at the bottom, I would probably just switch to use the category list on the heading and click on the link to search for the animes I want, because this homepage is very long and sliding down takes too much time. I am lazy.
